This beautifully bright & airy holiday cottage was completely renovated and refurbished in 2008 to provide spacious three bed-roomed/two bathroom holiday accommodation. The style is contemporary and open plan to take advantage of the natural light and fabulous coastal location. As the name suggests, Sea View enjoys extensive sea views across Sandsend Bay to Whitby Abbey, where all the excitement of a stormy high tide or a brilliant sunset can be enjoyed from the warmth & comfort of the cottage. The conservatory kitchen to the rear of the house looks out onto a large sheltered south facing walled & gated courtyard garden, where a glass wall of folding sliding doors opens onto the patio, to soak up those lazy hazy days of summer.

Furnishings & equipment are of the highest standard creating a fresh & luxuriously comfortable environment.

Ground Floor – Gable porch entrance hall & staircase with walk-in shower-room & W.C.  Double doors lead into open plan dining area (with seating for up to 10 guests), cosy sitting room with French windows to enclosed front garden. Oak fitted conservatory kitchen with granite worktops, & sliding folding doors to large south facing gated walled courtyard.

First Floor – Double bedroom (5ft bed), Twin bedroom, Bunk bedroom (3ft beds), single iron framed bed on gallery landing, & family bathroom with W.C.

Heating  – Under floor heating downstairs & in both  bathrooms, with radiators in all bedrooms upstairs.

Equipment - Auto wm/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, combi-microwave, Sony Flat Screen T.V., DVD, Electric “wood-burning  stove” effect fire. Payphone accepting incoming calls. 

Linen - Duvets with linen (N.B. towels available to hire)

Parking - Private parking for 3-4 cars 

Pets - One well behaved pet dog
